Cylinder and carb
I will only use this cylinder as a dummy because of the crack in the liner, another cylinder and head is on order..
The clutch basket has to be pressed on to the bushing, I am using an old bearing as a spacer. Don't hammer it on, the bearings will be damaged. Make sure the basket and bushing spins freely on the shaft when you are done.

Wheels
Rear wheel laced and being trued.
Front wheel hub, new bearings and seals.
Front wheel laced.
Steering bearing cones fitted.
Lower clamp and steering stem mounted.
Truening of the front wheel.
Checking that the wheels are in line.
